A Sydney developer whose product is measured in decades rather than settlements. Atollon partnered with Primo Developments to build a site that behaves like a portfolio rather than a sales channel. Projects are organised by their actual state, from in planning through construction commencing to completed, so a prospective buyer, a broker or a council can see the pipeline honestly rather than only the finished work. Architecture awards are given their own section with the citation and year attached, letting recognition from the Australian Institute of Architects and Master Builders do the credentialing that adjectives cannot. Full-bleed imagery and a video-led opening carry the materiality argument, and the single call to action invites a conversation rather than an enquiry, matching a business where each residence is customised with its owner. Built headless on Sanity, so the pipeline stays current as projects move between stages.
