Property change is blowing in the winds of Geelong.

Now Victoria’s largest city outside of Melbourne, Geelong has seen a boom in recent years as first home buyers and young Melburnians realise the potential of the area. As a property agency operating in Geelong for more than 20 years, Gartland property knows this change first hand.
We were asked to create a brand identity that reflected the changing face of Geelong. It needed to be digital first, modern, simple and timelessly stylish, while clearly conveying Gartland’s expertise in both commercial and residential sectors: two very different areas with very different audiences.
From the outset, we aimed to create assets which would lift and enhance any kind of property that might need it — from an empty industrial warehouse lease in Breakwater, to the Federation style family home in upmarket Geelong West. In deliberate tones of dark grey for industrial and white for residential, we housed both sectors with clarity and simplicity. With a rounder typeface, earth toned secondary colours, and clean, highly minimal layouts, we’re certain Gartland will stand the test of time and establish trust with a contemporary audience.
